Menopause isn’t a single hormonal switch.
It’s a full‑system transition.
Your nervous system, sleep patterns, metabolism, stress response, and daily rhythms are all interconnected—and they all react.
Most advice focuses on one symptom at a time.
I focus on root causes, real mechanisms, and what actually works in practice.
When we address the whole system, not the fragments, change stops feeling overwhelming…
and starts becoming achievable.
A few years ago, I stepped into this stage of life myself—
and it shifted the entire direction of my work.
Growing up in Hungary, I experienced a system where menopause support was fragmented, symptom‑focused, and rarely woman‑centred. Menopause was treated as a list of problems to manage, not a meaningful transition that required understanding, guidance, or respect.
When I came to the UK, I encountered an entirely different landscape.
Menopause was viewed not as a moment, but as a transition.
A longer journey—one that could be supported with clarity, compassion, structure, and evidence‑based practice.
That difference mattered.
The knowledge.
The clinical standards.
The way women were supported—not rushed, not dismissed.
This is what reshaped my perspective and my professional path.
Lunessa Harmony was built from that intersection:
• UK clinical standards
• evidence‑based practice
• lived experience
• and a deep understanding of what Hungarian and international women often don’t receive—integrated, grounded, whole‑person support.
I don’t offer a single method.
I offer a new way of seeing menopause—one that honours the complexity of your body and the realities of your life.
Menopause doesn’t arrive with a manual. It arrives with questions, symptoms, and a sense that your body has suddenly changed its rules.
For many women, that shift feels destabilising.
And too often, the guidance you receive is vague, outdated, or simply not built for you.
Meanwhile, the symptoms keep stacking up:
And under all of it, the question you’re afraid to say out loud:
“Is this normal? And how long is this going to last?”
Here’s the truth:
This transition does not have to be disorienting, lonely, or overwhelming.
With the right support, menopause becomes understandable. Predictable. Manageable.
A phase you can move through with clarity instead of confusion.
I’m not here to “fix” you.
I’m here to help you rebuild a stable, sustainable balance—one that fits your real life, your real physiology, and your real needs.
I bring together disciplines that meaningfully support women in midlife:

This isn’t a list of credentials for decoration.
This is your safety net.
It means the support you receive is:
Because you deserve care that’s not improvised…
but informed.
With me, you don’t have to:
I look at you as a whole system, not a list of symptoms.

This is not a quick fix.
It’s a safe, structured, predictable process—built around you, rooted in evidence, and designed to genuinely support your transition.
