All consultations are held online via Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere.

Before your first consultation:• a 4‑day food diary
• a detailed health questionnaire (hormones, sleep, mood, lifestyle, movement, medical history, and more)

 

During your first 60‑minute consultation:
• we examine the full picture of your body, hormones, and nervous system
• identify the root drivers of your symptoms—hot flushes, mood changes, sleep issues, and more
• build your personalised nutrition, movement, and lifestyle foundations
• you leave with clear, practical next steps (nothing vague, nothing confusing)

 

After the consultation:
• your written, personalised plan
• shopping lists, recipe ideas, and targeted guidance
• a follow‑up email or call so you can implement everything with confidence

SUPPLEMENTS & VITAMINS — EVIDENCE BASED. NO SALES PRESSURE.

When supplements are appropriate, I recommend only what is supported by evidence.

Late cancellations are charged in full.
