During menopause, many of us notice changes in metabolism, energy levels, and blood sugar balance. I became curious about how hormonal shifts may affect insulin sensitivity, so I created a simple 3-day self-observation journal.

This journal helps you consciously track:

• what and when you eat

• how your energy levels change throughout the day

• moments of hunger or cravings

• your mood

• your movement

• and (if you measure it) your blood sugar levels

The goal is not perfection or self-criticism, but curious, non-judgmental observation. Even within just three days, clear patterns can emerge that help you better understand your body and support hormonal balance.
