Tagged: 3-day self-observation journal
Hi,
During menopause, many of us notice changes in metabolism, energy levels, and blood sugar balance. I became curious about how hormonal shifts may affect insulin sensitivity, so I created a simple 3-day self-observation journal.
This journal helps you consciously track:
what and when you eat
how your energy levels change throughout the day
moments of hunger or cravings
your mood
your movement
and (if you measure it) your blood sugar levels
The goal is not perfection or self-criticism, but curious, non-judgmental observation. Even within just three days, clear patterns can emerge that help you better understand your body and support hormonal balance.
I’ve uploaded the 3-day self-observation journal template as a PDF on the page – scroll down to download it and give it a try.
I’d truly love to hear your experiences:
Have you noticed blood sugar fluctuations during menopause?
Has anyone been tracking it regularly?
What has helped you most in restoring balance?
If you download it and try it, please share what you discover – let’s learn from each other.
